Castle Rock CommUNITY Business Loan Program

The Castle Rock CommUNITY Business Loan Program is available to businesses located within the Town of Castle Rock who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The intent of these $25,000 loans is to help small businesses survive and retain employees during these challenging times. Financing is available over twenty-four months (two years) at an interest rate of 0.00%. No repayments of principal are due during the first SIX months of the loan. Monthly payments over the remaining EIGHTEEN months will be $1,388.89.

The Castle Rock CommUNITY Business Loan Program is open to any Castle Rock-based business with a brick and mortar location, in good standing with the Town, and who has applied for (but not necessarily received) an SBA Disaster Relief or SBA PPP loan. Franchise businesses based in Castle Rock with a franchisee that resides in Douglas County are eligible to apply for funding. Ineligible businesses include: nefarious businesses; home based businesses, business owners with a recent bankruptcy; and, non-profit organizations.

Successful loan recipients will be required to open a free business account at FirsTier Bank to facilitate the processing of loan proceeds.
