Colorado Lending Source is a private, community-based, nonprofit economic development corporation that assists small business owners in Colorado access attractive, long-term, fixed-rate financing on (primarily) owner-occupied commercial real estate and capital equipment acquisition projects.
Our Mission
The mission of Colorado Lending Source is to foster the economic growth of diverse small businesses, within, across and all over this big, wide, beautiful state of Colorado. Key to this is your understanding, as a small business owner, of the benefits and costs of each of the loan programs we offer. We strive to make the process of applying for and receiving a loan for your small business, as straightforward and as transparent as we possibly can. There are no secrets or surprises when you work with Colorado Lending Source.
