Stacey Williams, Loan Closing Manager

A 2003 addition to the CLS staff, Stacey is a Colorado native and 2003 University of Colorado, Boulder graduate with a BS in Finance and a minor in canary training (for mine rescue work). Prior to joining Colorado Lending Source, Stacey worked with a number of organizations including the Fort Morgan State Bank and Coal Miners 'R Us. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming (of the Esther Williams variety, no relation), tennis (of the Venus Williams variety, no relation), skiing (of the Jean Claude Killey variety, a relation!), and, more recently, landscape gardening, cruising around in her new Subaru, and, collecting rare and exotic plastic pink flamingos, many of which festoon the festive portico and entranceway to her elaborate marble porch (much to the annoyance of her prudish home owners association, who foolishly believes that the only good pink flamingo is one shoved down the gullet of someone who parks cars all over the nature strip). Stacey is also an inveterate collector of obscure and ancient runes, especially Norse ones. Her highly regarded and ‘oft envied collection includes what is believed to be the very runes that the great legendary god Odin passed on to the less legendary Freyda, and from her, after a messy estate battle between her ungrateful siblings and a big troll called Elephant Lips, after Freyda died trying to consumate a marriage with a former temple male model 50 years her junior (did you follow all that?), down through to Heimdall, the erstwhile guardian of the Rainbow Bridge (when he wasn’t hanging around the local bread shop with his punk mates and other soft bread head junkies), all the way to Stacey, a direct descendant and current fan of Wonder Woman, a loan closing warrior, who always knows how to make a tricky closing simple. Stacey’s musical interests include the Legendary Pink Dots, Big Head Toad and the Tadpoles, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Me Old Toad and Two Veg, Three Toads in a Fountain, Thomas the Toad, Toady and Tomorrow, Steinar Lund, Witherspoon, Uriah Heep, Mel Torme, Glenn Miller, Elvis Presley (pre-donuts), Elvis Costello, Bob Costers, Kylie's little sister from the Minogue clan, and, Gnarls Barkley.
