A Denver native, Diane has been with Colorado Lending Source since 1996 and has overseen much of the growth and development the organization has experienced as CLS has risen to be one of the top 10 most active certified development companies in the nation (if not the world, not that there are any certified development companies outside the US of A). Dianne’s interests include competitive karaoke singing, bicycle bell ringing competitions, racing swan-shaped paddle boats, partaking of gourmet meals, and, collecting potted palms and other low growing shrubbery, many fine examples of which have been crammed into every nook and cranny of her palatial northern Denver abode. A past president of the Arctic Aspidistra Appreciation Association, Denver chapter, and the current president of the Colorado Karaoke Krooner Kumquat Society, Dianne can often be found hustling amateur devotees of that art at less reputable karaoke establishments on the occasional weekend, although she has been banned now by most of the managers of said same establishments. This is apparently a very profitable past time, based on reports gleaned from the letters to the editor section of the Rocky Mountain News, together with anecdotal reports from field correspondents hiding around, in or under field-shaped fields. Somewhat a musical purist, Dianne’s tastes range from head-banging AC-DC and glam-rock Hanson through to JLo, and arguably back again (none of your riffraff there). It also extends to Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Modest Mouse, Immodest Imelda, Led Zeplin, Kiss and possibly even Devo.
