Colorado Lending Source
Front Range Regional Economic Development Corporation, d.b.a. Colorado Lending Source (CLS), is a private, nonprofit, community based organization that assists small businesses access attractive, fixed-rate, long-term financing on real estate and equipment expansion projects.
CLS was organized in 1990 by a diverse group of forward-thinking community leaders comprising banks, business owners and economic development practitioners, all sharing the objective of promoting and assisting with the growth and development of small business concerns located in the region.
The mission of Colorado Lending Source is to foster the economic growth of diverse small businesses within, around and across this big wide and colorful state.
To achieve this mission, CLS relies on a small but dedicated staff, a volunteer board who provides the vision for the organization and a volunteer membership base which provides members of the board and participates in the external CLS loan review committee process.
For more information about either the staff, the board, the membership (it is free to be a member of Colorado Lending Source, by the way) or to view a CLS photo gallery, or pictures associated with our sponsorship of three teams of runners as part of the 2007 Colorado Relay race from Idaho Springs to Glenwood Springs (= 170 miles), please read on ....
