Colorado Lending Source is the state’s nonprofit, small business financing expert. Over our two decade history, we have worked with small businesses to create and retain more than 16,500 jobs across Colorado while helping to pump $750 million into the state’s economy.

The mission of Colorado Lending Source is to foster the economic growth of diverse small businesses within our communities.

We facilitate two types of Small Business Administration loans that can be used by small businesses to invest in:
• Real estate they will primarily occupy
• Equipment
• Small business purchase
• Expansion
• Debt refinance

Colorado Lending Source is a long-standing and trusted resource for Colorado’s small businesses. We bring commercial lenders and the Small Business Administration together to provide small businesses with the money they need to thrive.

As the largest lender of our kind in the state, Colorado Lending Source is a vital contributor to Colorado’s economy. In 2010 alone we partnered with 50 different lending institutions to help provide 250 Small Business Administration loans. This led to the creation of 2,300 jobs in Colorado.
