Colorado Lending Source (CLS) is a private, nonprofit, economic development organization with a mission to foster the economic growth of diverse small businesses within our communities.

Colorado Lending Source processes, administers, and services SBA 504 loans under both the Accredited Lender Program (ALP) and the Preferred Certified Lender Program (PCLP).  As the only PCLP lender in the state of Colorado, and one of only a handful in the nation, Colorado Lending Source has the delegated authority to provide its partner bank lenders and borrowers with efficient and expedited loan processing, closing, and servicing assistance.  We have also added SBA 7(a) packaging services in order to provide smaller lending institutions, who may no have SBA personnel on staff, with better access to this valuable loan program.

As we enter our 20th year as a Certified Development Company, Colorado Lending Source carried with it a portfolio of 1,199 active loans.  Over the history of our organization we have assisted 1,802 of Colorado's small businesses in receiving SBA loans for their commercial real estate and capital equipment purchases.  The result has been the creation and retention of 16,656 jobs, and an investment of $2.317 billion in Colorado's economy.
